Is yoga right for me?
Yoga offers an incredible range of physical and mental health benefits. Aside from a challenging workout, yoga seeks to balance the body and mind through physical exercises and controlled breathing. Introducing meditative practices helps us release stress and anxiety, promoting clarity of mind, better focus and increased energy and alertness. It’s about an all round greater sense of well being.
What kind of yoga classes do you offer?
Our yoga classes are rooted in Vinyasa Flow – a style of yoga that synchronises movement and breath, to work the body and calm the mind. Each class type will follow a familiar structure and flow, but every one has its own unique personality and style.

What is Fitness Pilates?
Fitness Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way by toning little-used muscles groups in the abdomen, torso, upper and lower back. The moves are also designed to work the muscles of the whole body and to gently lengthen them.
Regular pilates can improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension.
What is barre?
Are these classes suitable for beginners?
Definitely. Just let the teacher know it’s your first lesson, take the class at your own pace and remember you can take a restorative pose whenever you need to.
What do I need to bring with me?
All you need is some comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and a bottle of water. If you’ve got a mat you’re attached to, bring it along.
