We are open now for personal training (outdoors and online) plus online classes!

We hope to reopen fully in the the New Year.

All our classes are booked online. Just visit our Online Classes page and follow the 5 easy steps, it takes just a couple of minutes to register and book your first session.

One credit buys you any single class, gym or personal training session.

The more credits you purchase, the cheaper it gets. 1, 10 or unlimited!

If you leave a class or cancel a PT session/massage at least 6 working hours before it begins, your credit will automatically be refunded.

If a class has fewer than 3 people booked on by 9pm the night before, we might cancel the class – if this happens, we will always let you know by text or email.

Please select Join Waitlist. If a space becomes available more than 30 minutes before the class begins, and you have a valid credit on your account, you will automatically be added to the class.  If you do not have a valid credit on your account, you will be sent an email offering you buy a credit to book the space – you have 15 minutes before the space will be offered to the next person in the list.

11-15 year olds are very welcome to join our classes provided that they are accompanied by an adult. You can set up a family account by following instructions in the FAQ below.

You can add a friend or family member to your account by following these steps:

Register or sign in > My Account > Add a child

*All attendees will require their own credit.

Yes you are!  Unless you have a medical condition that prevents you from conducting exercise, all our classes are designed to be fun, effective and safe for all fitness levels and abilities.

If you don’t yet have the confidence to try a fitness class, or if you prefer a more private and bespoke experience, we strongly recommend that you try personal training – it is much super effective and brilliant value for money than you might imagine.

Your instructor will be very happy to help you set up your bike correctly, just turn up a few minutes early for your class.
