HOW DO I BOOK CLASSES?

All our classes are booked online. Just visit our Aldeburgh or Southwold Book Classes pages and follow the 5 easy steps, it takes just a couple of minutes to register and book your first session.

WHAT ARE CREDITS?

One credit buys you any single class, gym or personal training session.

The more credits you purchase, the cheaper it gets. 1, 10 or unlimited!

DO YOU HAVE CHANGING AND SHOWER FACILITIES?

Aldeburgh: Yes!

Southwold: not yet, we are working on it!

HOW DO I BOOK A GYM SESSION?

Just visit our Aldeburgh or Southwold gym pages and follow the 5 easy steps, it takes just a couple of minutes to register and book your first session.

If you are not an experienced gym user, you are very welcome to use our facilities but you must first book a personal training session to familiarise you with the equipment. Please get in touch through our Contact Us page or call us on 01728 454350.

WHEN BOOKING A GYM SESSION, AM I LIMITED TO JUST 60 MINUTES?

No. The allocated time slots are to control the number of people in the gym at any given time. Provided it isn’t too busy, you can stay as long as you want to within our working hours. If numbers rise above the maximum number for that session (normally 4), then users who have overstayed their original time slot will have to vacate the gym.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you leave a class or cancel a PT session/massage at least 6 working hours before it begins, your credit will automatically be refunded.

If a class has fewer than 3 people booked on by 9pm the night before, we might cancel the class – if this happens, we will always let you know by text or email.

WHAT IF THE CLASS I WANT TO BOOK IS ALREADY FULL?

Please select Join Waitlist. If a space becomes available more than 30 minutes before the class begins, and you have a valid credit on your account, you will automatically be added to the class.  If you do not have a valid credit on your account, you will be sent an email offering you buy a credit to book the space – you have 15 minutes before the space will be offered to the next person in the list.

CAN I BRING MY SON/DAUGHTER WITH ME?

11-15 year olds are very welcome to join our classes provided that they are accompanied by an adult. You can set up a family account by following instructions in the FAQ below.

We also offer kids classes for under 11s, usually during Easter and Summer holidays, please check our latest timetable.

HOW CAN I BOOK CLASSES FOR FRIENDS OR FAMILY?

You can add a friend or family member to your account by following these steps:

Register or sign in > My Account > Add a child

*All attendees will require their own credit.

If you get stuck, please let us know and we happily set this up for you.

AM I FIT ENOUGH TO TRY A CLASS?

Yes you are!  Unless you have a medical condition that prevents you from conducting exercise, all our classes are designed to be fun, effective and safe for all fitness levels and abilities.

If you don’t yet have the confidence to try a fitness class, or if you prefer a more private and bespoke experience, we strongly recommend that you try personal training – it is much super effective and brilliant value for money than you might imagine.

HOW DO I SET UP MY INDOOR CYCLE?

Your instructor will be very happy to help you set up your bike correctly, just turn up a few minutes early for your class.
