FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What are credits?
One credit buys you any single class or gym session. The more credits you purchase, the cheaper it gets. 1, 10 or unlimited!

Do you have changing and shower facilities?
Do you offer regular gym facilities i.e. to turn up and train on my own?
Aldeburgh: Yes! Please see the FAQ below to find out about how our gym works.
Earl Soham: No. Sadly our current studio doesn’t have enough room but we are searching for somewhere bigger!
How do I book a gym session?
You can book your first session in just a couple of minutes through our Aldeburgh Gym page.
One session costs just £6, 10 sessions costs £50 and unlimited sessions cost just £35 per month. We also have unlimited class, gym and personal training memberships available through our Prices page.
If you are not an experienced gym user, you are very welcome to use our facilities but you must first book a personal training session (introductory session half price, just £17) to create your training programme and familiarise you with the equipment.
